We are looking for an experienced and dedicated House Keeping Manager to oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations for high-quality buildings. The ideal candidate must be committed, reliable, and capable of maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards while effectively managing a team.

🔹 Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising cleaning works in high-quality buildings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven leadership ability.
  • Must be innovative, enthusiastic, reliable, and capable of organizing staff.
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day operations, assign duties, and maintain service excellence.
  • Having House keeping or Hotel Management Certification will be an added advantage

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all assigned areas meet required standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness and compliance with quality guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate work schedules, task assignments, and staff rotation.
  • Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance throughout the contract.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and ensure proper use of equipment.
  • Report operational issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and organisational policies.
